Over the past 5 years, ActionFit has achieved over 30 million global downloads and has grown alongside numerous development studios. We're now seeking new partners to join us in our next success story.

Total Prize
Special Prize: Up to ₩300 million upon achieving specific KPIs after publishing
Finalist Prize: Up to ₩200 million upon signing a publishing agreement
Participation Prize: ₩500,000 for each team that passes the first screening round
Requirements
All participants must comply with the competition guidelines defined in the official terms.
Game submissions are open to all, regardless of contract status with ActionFit; however, prize eligibility may vary depending on whether a publishing agreement is signed.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Submitted games must have fewer than 1,000 downloads at the time of submission and must not have been tested or published by ActionFit or any other publisher.
The challenge is based on AOS/Android platforms only.
Submissions must be received before the deadline to be eligible for review and prize consideration.
Submitted games must not be provided to other publishers or game companies, nor be contracted or self-published while under consideration in the ActionFit Challenge.
By submitting a game, participants agree to grant ActionFit the first right of review for publishing or further development of the prototype or concept.
How to Participate
Applications must be submitted via the official Google Form link.
All official announcements will be made on the ActionFit website, and the event page will contain relevant links. Participants are responsible for staying informed; any disadvantages due to missed notices are the participant’s responsibility.
Game submissions open on August 4, 2025.
All games must be submitted by August 23, 2025, at 23:59 KST, following the instructions provided on the ActionFit website.
First-round qualifiers will be announced via the email used during registration by August 31, 2025.
Final judging results will be announced by September 11, 2025, and are subject to change based on publishing agreement terms.
The schedule is subject to change at ActionFit’s discretion.
ActionFit reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the event at any time.
Judging Criteria

Round 1 will be evaluated by ActionFit’s internal review team based on the following:

Market suitability and timing

Creativity of the concept

Overall polish and completeness

Fun and entertainment value

Scalability through marketing and monetization potential

Games selected in Round 1 will undergo Round 2 testing, with the following performance indicators as key evaluation metrics:

Low CPI - Tested primarily in the US, Korea, and Japan

High Playtime

High ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

ActionFit may exclude any game from evaluation or selection at its sole discretion.

Evaluation criteria are subject to change without prior notice. All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of ActionFit.
Prizes and Awards

Prizes will only be awarded to games that result in a signed publishing agreement.

The prize will be awarded in a manner designated by Actionfit, and any applicable taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the winner.
Intellectual Property

Participants must ensure that the games or ideas they submit do not infringe upon the rights of any third party..

The ownership of submitted games remains with the participant however,, ActionFit retains the first right of refusal for publishing.. If a publishing agreement is signed following the evaluation, ActionFit will obtain usage rights as defined by the agreement..

ActionFit reserves a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted games, videos, images, and other assets for marketing and promotional purposes.
Confidentiality & Personal Information
Any personal or company information provided by participants will be protected under ActionFit’s privacy policy and used solely for event operations.
ActionFit does not share personal information with third-party organizations or external entities and will not use such information for marketing without consent.
All discussions and evaluations related to internal reviews or publishing contracts are confidential and may not be disclosed externally.
Additional Terms

ActionFit may amend these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Any changes will be officially announced on the ActionFit website.

For matters not explicitly stated in these terms, ActionFit’s decisions shall take precedence.

All disputes arising in relation to this competition shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
